Division Bylaws
Members are invited to view the current division bylaws here.
In 2025, we made major changes to our bylaws to include conformance with updated model bylaws provided by the Divisions Council Executive Committee earlier this year. We also split the our Secretary / Treasurer roles -- and both positions are open this election seaons.
Bylaw changes are proposed by the Executive Committee or by a petition signed by at least ten current members. The Secretary-Treasurer submits the proposed changes to all full members for a vote within one month. Bylaw changes are approved by a plurality of valid ballots.
Our bylaws were last updated in 2025 to expand the Executive Committee to include the Immediate Past Chair.
