Division Bylaws
Members are invited to review the proposed HMDR Bylaws update for 2025.
The comment period for the proposed update runs from January 14, 2025 through February 14, 2025. Division members can expect to vote on the bylaws by April 1, 2025.
Bylaw changes are proposed by the Executive Committee or by a petition signed by at least ten current members. The Secretary-Treasurer submits the proposed changes to all full members for a vote within one month. Bylaw changes are approved by a plurality of valid ballots.
Our bylaws were last updated in 2020 to expand the Executive Committee to include the Immediate Past Chair.
